Future Cost of Care Reports

The Future Cost of Care Report follows evidence-based methodology and adherence to Nursing Standards of Practice.

  • Interviewing the client

  • Reviewing the medical documentation on file

  • Discussion of pre-accident level of functioning

  • Completing activities of daily living evaluation

  • Completing form one assessment of attendant care needs

  • Researching and identifying costs of recommended goods and services

  • Providing information in regards to their present status, and how their life has been affected as a result of the sustained injuries

  • Contact with family members whenever necessary

  • Collaboration with the client's various treatment team members

  • Obtaining feedback from the client’s doctors and specialists

  • Researching into effective treatments and services directly aimed to fit the client’s needs

  • Contact with the clients’ educational resources or vocational contacts

Mini Future Cost of Care Reports

These reports are extremely beneficial for injured clients who do not warrant a full comprehensive Future Cost of Care Report or are non-catastrophic, but are still in need of various treatments. By itemizing their treatment needs and costing out individual services, our mini FCC reports are used as an excellent tool in mediation and help support a streamlined settlement process.

Preliminary Medical Cost Projection Reports 

These reports assist and review the client’s present and future treatments. Medical records, a projection of future care needs, and current client participation in treatments are all considered when anticipating client outcomes in this type of report.
